Operation Encompass

At Diamond Families, the safety and wellbeing of our pupils is our priority. We are proud to be part of Operation Encompass, a safeguarding partnership between schools, police and local authorities.

Operation Encompass ensures that schools are informed when police attend a domestic abuse incident involving a child or young person. This allows us to provide timely support, understanding and a nurturing response to pupils who may need additional care.

Information shared through Operation Encompass helps us to better understand a child’s circumstances and support their emotional wellbeing, behaviour and access to learning.
